An appeal is being made for volunteers willing to cut the grass in part of the churchyard. There are four different groups who cut the grass, and this is for the area where the newer graves are. Volunteers are responsible for two weeks a year, and would be on a rota. Lawnmower and fuel are provided.

Some people who had previously helped have had to pull out for health reasons or as a result of moving home, so some new volunteers are badly needed. The two weeks can be arranged for your convenience.

Please consider doing your bit to help your village.
