Cancellation or Movement of Sessions

There is an agreement with the Village Hall that should any external organisation want to book the Hall for a full booking, which would overlap with one of our sessions, then we would be willing to vacate or move to another time.  This arrangement ensures extra money (rental) is not turned away and is reflected in our annual financial arrangements with the hall. Within that no group shall be affected more than 3 times within the year.

Subscriptions

These follow a calendar year and the annual amount will be outlined in December before (hopeful) agreement at the AGM (usually January).  Payment requests will usually be issued just before the start of the year.

2024 fees are 

£60 for membership of 1 group

£100 for membership of 2 groups

£140 for membership of 3 groups

£180 for membership of 4 groups

 

Committee

Comprises the Chair, Secretary, Treasures, each Group Leader and the Representative on the Village Hall.

 

Committee and Annual General Meetings

Committee meetings are called as and when required, usually twice a year, typically post AGM (in the Spring) and pre AGM (in the Autumn)

The AGM will normally be held in January each year
