METHODIST SCHOOLROOM RENOVATIONS AHEAD OF SCHEDULE

Don't be alarmed, the white door that can currently be seen on the entrance to the Methodist Chapel schoolroom is only a temporary measure. Be reassured that the finished entrance will absolutely be in keeping with the completed building, as well as blending in with its immediate neighbours.

The renovation work at the schoolroom is moving on apace and is still running ahead of schedule. It now looks as though something is happening, as evidence of the ongoing work can be clearly seen on the outside of the building. For the first weeks all work was inside and nobody was allowed a peek due to health and safety regulations.

Inside the builders are fitting the new floor this week and have begun installing the new insulated plaster boards onto the walls.

Looking good, therefore, for, this, the first part of the chapel's redevelopment programme, to be finished by Christmas. Fingers crossed and hoping all goes well and according to plan.
