Time is running out to complete the survey about the future of Bishop Monkton's Village Hall and Playing Fields. The survey will close on Sunday (6th April).

The VH Committee is keen that as many people as possible contribute their views so that the survey results are as representative as possible. So far around 100 people have done the survey but the Committee is particularly keen to hear from younger members of the community.

The survey, which only takes between five and ten minutes to complete, asks a series of questions and tests out some possible new facilities for both the Hall and the Playing Fields.

The VH has a healthy bank balance which is about to be boosted by the revenue from the current two-month booking by a production company making a BBC children's drama. It is also expected to be increased further by so-called 'commuted sums' - money likely to be forthcoming from housing developments in the village.

So, don't miss out on giving your views which will influence how this money is spent in the future.

You need to do the survey by this Sunday (6th April) please. You can access the survey here.
