The village action group, BMAG, is urging people to report any problems they see with the drains during the expected storms during the next twenty-four hours.

Raj Selvarajan writes:- "We have a storm coming our way and we hope it passes through without causing any impacts/flooding. In the likely chance there are incidents of Foul Water Sewers surcharging, please call Yorkshire Water at 03451242424.This will help build the evidence for the investment in infrastructure when new developments are being considered in our village.

Thank you all very much for your help and support for BMAG."
