The developers of the former Lamb and Flag site say they've been told that works to connect them to the water supply, postponed this week, will now take place starting in about four weeks time. Yorkshire Water were due to carry out the work this week and road closure signs had indicated that the work would start on Monday just gone. However, the work had to be postponed because of illness. According to the Lamb developers, Ashfield Homes, they have been told that the works will now start on November 11th and last for three days. The work will involve the closure of part of Broughbridge Road. Yorkshire Water have not yet confirmed the new dates to 'Bishop Monkton Today'. Watch this space!
