Avant Homes' revised planning application for sixty homes on the Moor Road/Knaresborough Road junction site in the village is now available to view on the Council's planning portal.

It can be seen here. There are lots of documents associated with the application. We'll provide a full summary of the key points shortly.

Next week Avant will be holding a public meeting in the village to discuss the plan with residents. The meeting, facilitated by the Parish Council, is on Wednesday 30th October at 7pm in the Village Hall.
